Pokémon TCG Delta Reign (EN) Preview — Everything We Know About the November 6 Release

⚠ Update: The EN release of this set is confirmed as Pokémon Delta Reign, releasing November 6, 2026. The September 2026 Pokémon TCG release is the 30th Celebration all-foil anniversary set (September 16). This post has been updated to reflect confirmed information.

Pokémon TCG’s next major set is Storm Emerald, releasing November 6, 2026. With Pitch Black barely a month old and the Mega Evolution series still in full swing, Storm Emerald is already generating serious anticipation — here’s everything confirmed so far.

What Is Storm Emerald?

Delta Reign is the English release of Storm Emeralda, the sixth set in the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution block, continuing the series that began with Mega Evolution: Volt Tackle and has been building toward a major climax. The set name references Emerald as both a gemstone and a call-back to Pokémon Emerald, one of the most beloved games in the franchise.

Full card reveals are expected in the weeks ahead. We’ll update this post as official details drop from The Pokémon Company.

What We Know So Far

Release date: November 6, 2026
Set series: Mega Evolution block, Set 6
Prerelease events: Expected August 22–28, 2026 at local game stores (to be confirmed)
Format: Standard-legal

What to Expect from the Mega Evolution Block Conclusion

The Mega Evolution series has been building a connected narrative across each set — each release introducing new Mega ex Pokémon while foreshadowing a climactic final set. Storm Emerald is positioned as a culmination set, which historically in Pokémon TCG means:

  • Higher pull rates on premium cards
  • Returning fan-favorite Mega evolutions with upgraded artwork
  • Possible Special Art Rare variants of Mega ex Pokémon from earlier in the block
  • A flagship chase card that could rival Mega Darkrai ex Hyper Rare from Pitch Black

Should You Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering sealed product for a culmination set carries some risk — if the set doesn’t deliver a strong chase card, box prices drop post-release. Wait for official card reveals (expected August) before committing to a box pre-order. Singles are always safer once the full set list is known.

We’ll publish a full set review on release day November 6. Bookmark this page or follow Big Game Bazaar on Facebook for updates as reveals drop.
