Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. We hope to expand shipping coverage in a future phase of our business.

Packaging

We take card condition seriously. All orders are packed with care:

  • Booster boxes shipped in appropriately sized boxes with protective padding
  • Singles from Andrew’s Card Corner are sleeved and top-loaded per TCGplayer standards
  • Accessories packed to prevent movement and damage in transit

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time to view order status and tracking information.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@biggamebazaar.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Big Game Bazaar is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
