🚚 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate based on weight and destination.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap for a future phase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order from the My Account page.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will make it right.

🍌 Products & Inventory

Are your Digimon products authentic?

Yes. All sealed products are 100% genuine, factory-sealed product sourced through legitimate distribution channels. We never sell resealed or tampered product.

Do you sell individual Digimon cards (singles)?

Yes! Individual card singles are fulfilled through our established TCGplayer storefront, Andrew’s Card Corner. You can find our singles inventory directly on TCGplayer.

Do you offer preorders?

Yes, preorders are available for upcoming Digimon releases. Preorder pricing is locked at the time of purchase. Payment is charged when the order ships.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We do our best to restock popular items. Use the Notify Me button on out-of-stock products to get an email alert when it becomes available again.

Do you carry One Piece, Gundam, or Pokémon cards?

Not yet — our current focus is Digimon TCG. We plan to expand into additional TCGs in Phase Two of our growth roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new games are added.

💳 Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay where available.

Is your checkout secure?

Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card information.

Can I return a product?

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Opened sealed product (booster boxes, packs) cannot be returned. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us immediately at support@biggamebazaar.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Where are you located?

We are based in North Carolina, USA. We are an online-only retailer at this time with no physical storefront.

What is Andrew’s Card Corner?

Andrew’s Card Corner is our established singles division on TCGplayer. It has been operating for several years with a verified seller history. All singles orders are fulfilled through that storefront.

How can I stay updated on new products and releases?

Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage, follow us on social media, or bookmark our Release Calendar page for upcoming Digimon set dates.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

A loyalty rewards program is on our roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
