Our Return Commitment
Big Game Bazaar stands behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Eligible Items for Return
We accept returns on the following:
- Unopened, factory-sealed products — Booster boxes, starter decks, and accessories that are completely sealed and in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items — If a product arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Incorrect items — If we sent the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened booster boxes, booster packs, or any product with a broken seal
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Digital products or codes
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
We cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes under any circumstances due to the nature of randomized TCG products.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email support@biggamebazaar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Singles from Andrew’s Card Corner
Individual card singles purchased through our TCGplayer storefront (Andrew’s Card Corner) are subject to TCGplayer’s return and dispute resolution policy. Please initiate any singles disputes through the TCGplayer platform directly.
